This website is operated by Lovefishing ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using any part of the site, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to the Terms, you must not use this site.

2. Ordering & Fulfillment (Print-on-Demand)

Most items are made to order. Production time is typically 3-7 business days.
Production time is separate from shipping time. Shipping estimates apply after production is completed.
We may cancel/refund orders we cannot fulfill (e.g., out-of-stock base garments, address issues, policy violations).
Personalized items are produced based on the details you provide. Please verify spelling, sizes, and options before checkout.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Transit time depends on destination and carrier. Typical timeframes: US 4-7 business days after production; international 10-15 business days.
Tracking is provided where available. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
Customs and import duties may apply to international orders and are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Cancellations & Order Changes

Requests must be submitted as soon as possible. Once production starts, we may be unable to cancel or change an order.

5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Personalized or custom items are generally non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.
For damaged/incorrect items, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

6. Pricing, Taxes & Duties

Prices may change without notice. We may correct pricing or typographical errors.
Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any duties/fees.

7. Personalization & Prohibited Content

You must have the rights to any text, images, or designs provided for personalization.
We may refuse designs that are unlawful, hateful, infringing, or otherwise violate our policies.
Due to print processes and screens, minor color or placement variations may occur.

8. Intellectual Property & DMCA

All content on this site is owned by or licensed to Lovefishing. If you believe your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes infringement, please send a detailed notice to [email protected].

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lovefishing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased.
